All items are safely packaged and shipped to the address provided by the customer. If the supplied address is undeliverable, we will make another attempt to deliver once your address is verified. If the initial addressed supplied was incorrect, the customer will incur the expense for shipping and handling for the second delivery.
U.S. Diesel Labs ships globally. If a customer receives a letter from “Customs Services,” entitled, “Seizure Letter,” the customer must supply us with a copy of said letter: digitally reproduced, scanned, or a clear and concise photograph of said letter. U.S. Diesel Labs will investigate to determine why the package was seized. After we’ve concluded our investigation we may be able to move forward with the new shipment of your order. Additional taxes and import fees may apply. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. Our products are for research purposes only; and all items on our webstore are legally for sale in the USA and most countries globally. Check your countries laws prior to ordering.

Lost and Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged please contact us. For damaged items we’ll need you to send back each damaged item. For both lost and damaged items, we will ship a new order to you free of shipping and handling fees.
U.S. Diesel Labs will settle most issues quickly and easily to recover each and every order. Our customers are important to us. Therefore, a chargeback from a customer will be defined as a form of fraud, and taken to lawful extent. A customer that issues a chargeback will be placed on our No-sell list.
